Media LiteracyMedia is everywhere! We will learn to become more critical consumers of media through learning about media technologies, bias, sensationalism, purpose and audience, and more. Each week, we will examine, analyze, and discuss many media examples. Students will get a chance to create their own media.THURSDAYS

Drop-In ThursdaysOver the spring break, I am going to work on making a space on my website (mkim.ca) where you will be able to submit questions you may have about ANY of your learning. (I will update everyone with this link once we return.) I will work with you to address most of these during Drop-In Thursdays. As the name suggests, you can also drop-in with any questions you may have! You will hopefully leave the workshops with some of your questions answered and/or having learned something new from somebody else’s questions!THURSDAY
