  • Soft Start – brain teasers: visual illusion

  • Numeracy – Prodigy (What questions are you seeing? Each student had an assignment given to them so that the questions they encounter are aligned to what they are working on at home.)
  • Art / ADST / Investigate and Explore:
    • Stop motion animation: What is it? What is the purpose? How does it work? Examples?
    • Our target: Gathering what we have learned about climate change and demonstrating our learning through making a stop motion animation. What is climate change? Cause and effects? What are actions we can take?
    • Brainstorming our 5 main parts:
      • A long, long time ago…
      • A long time ago…
      • Now
      • Probable future
      • Preferred future
    • Coming up with our criteria
    • Each pair of students took responsibility of one of the main parts.
    • Designing the various parts for the stop motion animation: Drawing, paper construction, etc.
